More Control Introduction PLC User Course

More Control’s standard PLC fault finding course is designed to teach maintenance staff how to maintain the PLC and use the PLC as a fault finding tool, to reduce costly down time. The PLC is an excellent fault finding tool as it sits at the heart of the control system and if used in the correct way can drastically reduce lost production time. Your Engineers will be taught to use the PLC to identify faulty field devices and damaged inputs or outputs. Once found, these damaged inputs and outputs can be switched to working ones, reducing downtime, as spares may not be readily available. Engineers will be taught to remove and replace faulty cards, install back up software to CPUs and given tips to prevent faults occurring.
